My vote would go for Darth Nihilus. Seeing as how he decimated entire worlds, he should qualify
Of course, Malak and Sion were also very strong, but Sion was not slain by anyone and Malak was even as his sith best weaker than Darth Revan was, so he probably falls short too

This was one of the endings prepared for KotoR2, where the Jedi members of the Exile's party went to the Tryus Academy before him. It depends slightly which options are taken, but Atton either confronts Darth Sion on his own and is defeated, or he's with the rest as they confront and are defeated by Kreia who hands him over to Sion for torture. In either case, Atton would have been found in the cells in the Trayus academy dying from his injuries. These were his last words to the female Exile before he dies and she confronts Sion.
