The answer- Xor from Juhani's side quest. In the Xbox version he was a human male, in the PC version Xor was a male Twi'lek.

IIRC, Peragus is the sun around which the planet/asteroid Peragus II is orbiting.
It is located in the Outer rim (region), Kwymar sector, and obviously, it is called the Peragus system.

Alright, I'll give it to you. Correct. Technically Peragus was the asteroid field the miners referred to, and Peragus II was the planet itself. Partial credit...
