It's the Droid planet, M4-78, and as the name implies, it was inhabitated solely by droids, and ruled by a computer with the same name, M4-78. Before it was cut, it was supposed to be another planet to visit for the Exile (it was related to the quest of finding Vash). The 'About this video' thing offers more info, but it feels rather lame copying it.- The following is cut content from KotOR II. What exactly is it?
