Or it could be the prologue of Kotor 2 - you as t3m4 team up with the other one (cant remember the name)

I think it's the "Missing Captain" quest from KotoR 2, where you meet the Lunar Shadow's crew in the docks district on Nar Shadaa unable to reach their captain in the Jekk-Jekk-Tar. Although it also works with the "Pilot for Hire" quest from the Refugee sector on the same planet.
