Let's say Dantooine - Distance from Core - 45,000 light years
However, Malachor and Lenon are situated in Unknown regions, so, in theory, they can be even farther. But it's only a possibility

Correct. I put in Malachor and Lehon to confuse as technically their exact locations in the Star Wars universe haven't been revealed yet. They are located past wild space into the quote 'unknown regions' but how far they are hasn't been revealed so your answer is correct, Dantooine is exactly 45,000 light years from the core in the Outer Rim.
