I believe that's Kiph, from Onderon (he can slice a starport visa for you). You meet him later when you return To Onderon, during the fight .

After the Jedi Civil wars, when the triumvirate had fallen, the remnants of the sith turned on one another and destroyed most of what remained of them. - the second sith civil war - and for the next 2000 or how many years (until darth Ruin, that is), AFAIK there is no open leader.

As for the Mandalorians after the Manda wars, Mandalore died in his confrontation with Revan, and most of Mandalorian war force die on Malachor V. Thos who stay alive become mostly mercenaries, or go home to the planet Mandalore. Canderous meets up with Revan and after travelling with him for a long time, returns to head the Mandalorians on Dxun.

In essence Correct. The second half of your first response was uneccesary though, simply putting 'Darth Sion left Korriban for Malachor V in a prelude to KotOR II' is fine.
