In other words, can the Nalia romance be done in the same playthrough as all the others if I've applied Sabre's concurrent romance scripts?
If not, is there any way I can modify it so it does work?

The original version replaced your dialog.tlk file. Therefore it wasn't compatible with any other mod. You should be able to use it with Ascension. Can't confirm since I have never used that mod but if it uses Weidu correctly, they should work together.
