HELP! the game would not begin!

I've installed few mods as this posting (http://www.shsforums...showtopic=19629) suggested. Except BGT and it's GUI thing..
But the problem is, I cannot begin game from SOA because Irenicus won't appear!

I guess there must be 'scream' sound in the start of the game to trigger Irenicus (maybe not, i don't know :crying:), but I don't hear that scream and my char is standing as if nothing's going on, looking around. and i don't have any control of the game whatsoever, too.

I tried to uninstalled every mods and began from the top, (i had backup of clean install, which works fine when i tested it) but after all the mods were installed, it appears to have same problem.
I'm kinda tired of reinstalling again and again of these mods now.

Can anybody help me out?

In fixing the "pause the game and drop your stuff" exploit, it modifies AR0602.bcs in such a way that... well, you've seen what it does.

You aren't there yet, but I can see that the component with shapeshifter paws is going to cause you trouble in the form of seemingly random CTD as well. Might as well uninstall it when you're uninstalling the other.

You haven't got it installed, but Faster Chapter 1 and 2 Cutscenes, the non-silly version causes the game to hang in the opening cutscene as well, but that one causes it to hang before Immy shows up.

Well, I speak Korean, but i doubt there won't even be few here who can speak my language. Though I've not lived long in Canada, i'm able to understand most English without much trouble... (unless really-really complicated word comes up :P) So anyone is welcome to give me any "complicated instructions" to me, I won't be troubled by that...

I uninstalled the part, but its still the same. :( sigh
guess i'll have to try to remove each mods to find out...

I experience the same problem. My character wakes up in a cage in Irenicus Dungeon and waits, waits, waits but nothing happens. Shadow Thieves don't attack, Irenicus doesn't appear... Can you help? Can anybody, who doesn't have this problem, post working AR0602.BAF file so I could compare it with mine?

Anyway, and here is my WeiDU.log, some of the add-ons are described in Polish, but I don't think that matters much. ;)
I can't see EoU, so that's not the source of the problem.

OK... i don't know what's the problem now.
as directed I deleted the part "SetGlobal("NewGame","AR0602",1)" from RoTerror/SNIP/BAF/tAR0602.BAF and installed the game, and it still hangs... in the cutscene.
my worst fear coming true :S

Unfortunately, none of the fixes works for me either. However, I copied Azazello's ar0602.baf from here, modified it a bit (deleted all familiar-related blocks), and now I can watch RoT cutscene (do StartCutScene("CBNEWGMM") and StartCutScene("CBNEWGMF") start that?), but also my Charname screams at the beginning of the dungeon cutscene and seems to lose some HP, as if tortured by Irenicus... But he's still somewhere else and apparently not going to appear.
I'm not that WeiDU-smart to find what's wrong by myself, so please help!

did you use "Near Infinity" to edit the ar0602.bcs?
otherwise game does not recognize the bcs properly...
