Treetop I see you got new animations there, are they replacers like the jump one or are they seperate animations? Is there going to be a AiC like mod appearing for these?

These are entirely new animations. I'm have been waiting the author's reply for two weeks.....:( However, I'm trying to borrow these animations and convert into a New "AIC" . These animations will be the next BIG AIC if we use them right...... I'm currently trying to modifiy the "PAIR Animation" section by myself. ( Lots of crashes ) :(

Great animations, Treetop. You can totally tell they're Japanese inspired :lol:

Japanese dont really like to "share" their good stuff with foreigners. I have to bull-dozer half of the Japan oblivion wiki to find these.

OMG! These will be great, Treetop! :Bow: (I hope you are out of school for a bit!)

The one Alexander did is very sexy too! :new_thumbs:

Are we soon to see some animations for that "it-has-been-empty-far-too-long" section of the Screenshooter's Guides called "Oblivious Blissfulness in the Bedrooms of Oblivion" or as trollf suggested for the mod's name - "Actors-in-Actresses"?

@ Greatfool1: Still trying to get use to these new animations and how the "pair" section works ! Thanks to Alexander Wolf for the enlightenment !! My school is pretty much done now. Summer is coming....... :cheers: I have to spend it with Ivy and more Oblivion Screen Madness. :)

Maybe you can include Ivy by asking her to bring some of her girlfriends over so you can have them pose in the various ways these new animations may require? It would be easier for you to see how realistic your work is - if you can experience it first-hand. I am sure she would understand your professional need here - for the sake of art and science! :cheers:

P.S. Don't tell Ivy this was my suggestion - you can have full credit for it!

@ Karandras - You know that entry rug will never be the same.

@ Zombie216 - Very nice dragon

@ Kimory - If those pics don't teach us all to not call a dwarf a fat wood elf, I don't know what will.

@ Floydian1 - Your characters put me in mind of the Thumbalina story. Tweaked though.

@ Treetop Smoker - yay new armor from the herald of many things new and interesting!

@ Darziak - Kaizrad can also now run away faster. A tactic that even my highest level char. still uses on occasion.

@ Rogue Sun - Is that the Skingrad castle bridge? With a Daedric tower in the back??

@ chimera - looking good

@ VanOa - Excellent movie

@ Cyborg - Chandra looks great. Are her horns from Slof's mod?

@ highpressure - LOL How did you get her horse in there? Those opponents had no chance

Very cool new animations now. Are they all from the Japanese site?

@ TreetopSmoker - Is she holding a glass foblet?? And if so, is it something that just comes with the animation, or would it be available in general? (clear glass dishes are something I've been wanting in-game for a while)

@ Rumpleteasza - Very cool angles and shots in there.

@ Darziak - Would it be correct to presume that the mark down the face is an old battle would, and it caused that eye to go white? Looks cool :) And your Dark Elf does not look friendly at all.

And everybody here gets a bunch of :cheers: :new_thumbs: :coolthumb: :wub: :hug: :clap: and :cookie: :cookie: which I'll just put on the table over there and you can go get them as it took me over 12 hours to put this repoly together, and I'm really still not done. :lol: :P More later

Very simple = console open (select the horse), then go to the arena, start battle, open console and type moveto player :)

Type the command when you get to the gate. That way you can get on your horse before the gate drops. Yeah, the npc's are at a great disadvantage, but what the hell, they were going to die anyway! :)

Great screens everyone. I would make individual comments, but there are so many great screens. I have to mention the new animations, they look great! As always, I have viewed the screens multiple times, and all I can say is that they are all awesome shots! Keep up the great work! :)

Treetop Smoker(1): That is a really cool bow, whats it called?
Treetop Smoker(2): What body mod are you using? It almost looks like it changes from picture to picture :huh:

Really ? I use Exnem's Eye candy . You can find the bow here

Some of the apparent size difference could be from the types of clothing worn. And if one takes into account that these characters might be wearing unders under that armor (probably be more comfortable), simple things like push-up bras (fiberfill can be your friend too) and corsets of any type can, and do add a full cup size. Since all the chars in this game tend to have proper posture, we won't mention that that too gives the appearance of a larger bust. And finally, when one exercises the muscles under the bust (forget what exactly they are called), as those muscles develop more, that also can give the appearance of bigger boobs. Swordfighting and such are probably the most common one used in Cyrodil. You can accomplish this with certain types of ballroom dancing and weight training in RL. :P

Chiglet:
For fear of a town stoning the parents have not revealed to anyone, including the child, who the father is; she only knows him as Lord Genghis.

Very intelligent parents. :)

@chiglet , i like the third one best too , but her eyes make her look like she is very sad

,snip.
@Chiglet: I think the third Dremora looks best. I don't play Dremora, but I know how much it sucks to get one looking decent looking.
,snip.

<snip>
Chiglet(1): I Agree that number 3 looks best, though in all fairness i never have been a fan of Dremora females, something about them just seems wrong to me in general...
<snip>

Ok! number 3 is a definiite go then. :) I'm gonna see if I can get her eyes a little more upbeat when I have a chance. I think part of the reason it can be difficult to get either gender of Dremora to look good in some cases is that they are created for battle. And while it has been shown that at least flame atronachs have different genders (all male in Morrowind), this has not been shown to be the case for any other Daedra by Bethesda. Personally though, I think there are male and female forms for all of them. :)

I'm horrified beyond all words...
but on the other hand they have some nice things too,
<snip>

Both of those shots made me go "eeek!". Great work on all of them though. :new_thumbs:

Ditto on this! The new animations are looking great. Any new dancing (waltz, foxtrot, salsa, merengue,...) animations in the works? :whistling:

Damnation! I really need to stop in here more often. Take a more relaxed approach, comment on new pics as they come in instead of taking these extremely long posts commenting on a week's worth. Oh well, until then, here we go!

@Spike4072: What?! Tomorrow?! But I wanna' know what Snow has to do with all this now!

@Treetop Smoker: Damn! I really need to get a hold of those new animations. They add a lot of character. And I really like this sitting pose. And the karate kick shot is awesome! Kicks so much ass, pun not intended.

@Rumpleteasza
: Nothin' wrong with cliches if they're done right. Your Kvatch Oblivion Gate shots are atmospheric. This is a very eerie view, and I like your use of poses of her looking toward the gate here. And standing before the gate just reeks of coolness!

@Floydian1
: More great shots! Great pose on the fairy here, very dynamic and aerobic-looking (for some reason, I think she just did an aerial somersault, which Sia seemed to be enjoying here). What did do to accomplish that, dodge rolls? Those are a real pain. The dragon pics are good too, I especially like this one, with her weapon drawn, very (anti)heroic! Anyway, what's that male fairy wearing? It's very stylish! And damn, she missed out on something.

@Highpressure: Hey! Bringing a horse to the Arena is cheating! No wonder mounted combat was banned in Cyrodiil ^_~! Lots of blood and decapitations makes for some great action pictures, and having it all take place on horseback adds a new and unique twist. My favorite in the set happens to the one with her cheering, and the pose of the headless corpse in the background adds a nice touch to the whole thing. :devil:

@Karandras
: Those church shots are great, lot of drama going on. I like the pose here, very tragic-looking. And damn, those characters have some seriously neat-looking robes, where are they from? This guy's textures are amazing, he looks genuinely creepy! And a Dremora child? Not something you see everyday. Aside from that,the parting shot is awesome. I'm a sucker for in-your-face action shots. Really pick up the weapon's details. Good luck on the new character.

@Kalia: Ah, beautiful use of filters, you didn't fall into the trap of overdoing it like a lot of folks. This, this, and this are pretty good in particular, they have a real comic book feel going for them. The second one is scintillating, very bright and colorful, and the top one really gives me the impression of an old photo.

@cyborgakadjmoose
: Like Korreen, Chandra looks like a badass. The sword goes good with her as well, and her pose and expression helps add to the character.

@VanQa
: Awesome shot of Jyggy, though he possess an odd metallic sheen here. Doesn't look bad, by any means, just different than how He looks. Background in it and the Gwen one look good, with the gloomy fog and fading world. Did you use any blur effects? Is so, you did a good job!

@Alexander Wolf: Awesome use of posing on the hat-wearing character! Could use a bit of something on the Bosmer he's got (no one's going to stand calmly while a sword is at their throat). I'd also like to see your character there, he's wearing some neat stuff. The new wings are beautiful by the way, all ruffled up, but still angelic.

@Rogue Sun
: This did turn out well! Beautiful! Gorgeous! SCOOPalicious! Well constructed scene, very grim-lookng castle, and brilliant torchlit bridge. It's a very moody and atmospheric image, a lot of care and love went into this. Bravo!

@JazzJR
: Nice shots, especially this and this. They've got excellent lighting, and I love the dusky feel in them. And holy smokes, the action here is fantastic! So many red goblins on a steep incline! Those cats have their work cut out for them!

@Soul Slayer: Heh heh heh, this was pretty funny. It's a...masterpiece, Oreyn...

@Chimera: Damn the eye for aesthetics! Oh well, the new Sigrid certainly looks much better. No wonder she likes you better now :whistling:! I guess if you wanted to get a bit of the old look back, you could shrink her eyes a little, and make her face a little less heart-shaped, just to make her look a little older [Shrugs].

@fyrefae
: Ah, the long hair on her looks good, very lion-like. Aside from that, she does look better, has a much more slender feminine face than before (her jaw was a bit square).

@Jackmix: Heh heh heh...Demented Bear? Gory, disturbing...I like it!

@Ryu Doppler
: Cool shots as usual! Lots of blood as well, what's not to love? Speaking of which, the angle in this one rocks, very unique take, and I like the simulated motion portrayed by the airborn blood. Nice shot of being socked by the Atronach as well, he's got a good pained expression. And the composition here is really good, I like seeing his (blood-stained) legs standing calmy in the foreground as the Orc's torso goes flying away!

@Zombie216
: Thanks for showin' off the new tat, Elise, it's really bitchin!' Wonderful design and image!

@Kimory: Ah geez, another dwarf perpetuating the "angry short guy" stereotype. Hilarious in any case, the typography in the word balloons adds to the laughs, and the "Pwnd" sound effects are priceless! :ROFL:

@Die 75: So, Tamriel's about to be saved by a Simian from across the sea? I can live with that! The posing here is great, by the way. Swift, silent, and with one clean stroke; the true workings of a Samurai warrior!

@Shadowj: Not so sure I've seen you here before. In any case, welcome, and thanks for sharing! This is a nice-looking shot of a waterfall, so tall, and with many complex rock formation. Did you make this yourself? Like the pose on the lazy bear (was that dumb luck you managed to get this one?), good aim here (gave me a good laugh), and Liekos really got the jump on me here. Don't want to run into him in an alley.

@Fluidity: Yes, those facial tattoos came out very well, and I like how they match the ones on the (NUDITY WARNING) body. This shot is very nice as well, the dress looks good on her (and so do those chains!), the view of the architecture is interesting, and the torch rounds it out. And Rakassa has some amazing textures on him! Really wild-looking character!

@Chiglet: That's a very unique Dremora lass. The first version's the worst, as she has those annoying lips that look like she's perpetually puckering up. Can't quite decide between the second and third ones. I guess I'm leaning toward the third as well; the brighter skin color matches her better, and the less prominent cheekbones give her a more feminine feel.

@oldmanpoo: Very adorable-looking character! Great pose here, even if I'm feeling like a molester looking at it. You've probably already had your question answered, but to throw in my buck-fifty (inflation has caused the price of thoughts to go up ^_^), but I'd say the second hair style is better.

@Darziak: Alright, a cool animated GIF! Fierce, feral, animalistic; something's going to die! And you've got a pair of interesting characters there; the white fur armor looks really interesting. And in this one, the guy on the left has a cool expression. Sly-looking. How'd you get it?

@Hector the Hooded: IG Hector's back, and looking as cool as ever! I'm digging the greaves he;s wearing. And he's had dealings with Lucien and the Brotherhood. Intriguing.

@Shadow': Seriously...awesome...$#!%! Those shots, with the alien sky, magical auras, and intense action are epic on a grand scale! I really cannot pick one out, as they all rock beyond all rhyme and reason. Well, okay, I guess I will pick some: the Revanant Lord is wicked, and the final blow is amazing. I don't know how you manage it, but you always manage to outdo yourself!

@Grimbot
: Ha! I like the dreugh pic. The black bars give it a cinematic feel, and the poses of the beasts and characters adds a great feeling of tension. There's gonna' be some ass-kicking on a few seconds.

@ Rumpleteasza - Very cool angles and shots in there.

Thanks very much Chiglet!

I definitely prefer your third version of Karsht-Ra'Zhir. His face seems altogether more proportional, and the jaw is stronger-looking. I know how you feel - sometimes it can literally take months of tweaking as you go along to get a result you're happy with. But it looks like you're getting pretty close now.

@Rumpleteasza
: Nothin' wrong with cliches if they're done right. Your Kvatch Oblivion Gate shots are atmospheric. This is a very eerie view, and I like your use of poses of her looking toward the gate here. And standing before the gate just reeks of coolness!

Thanks Xetirox! I was about to comment on your shots when I saw you'd done mine too, so that's convenient :lol: I spent a lot of time on the Kvatch set - I'm starting to realise how long some of Floydian's shots must have taken to set up now, I have trouble enough just posing TWO people! - but I'm pleased with the way it came out. It was also pretty interesting seeing what animations could be used to evoke different moods. I was quite pleased with the startled by lightning shot because it really does look like she's just jumped and swung around, and it actually just look a 'look' command in the opposite direction to the 'guard check scabbard' animation to do it. Add in the ponytail flying up as if she's just turned, and you have it.

It takes me quite a while because Shamanih's supposed to have quite long hair, but I wanted it to be dynamic and fluid. So instead of using an in-game ponytail, I went for a vanilla style in the shortest possible length, and then drew the ponytail in every single shot in Photoshop. It takes me less time now than it used to, and I actually prefer it, because that way the hair can move and swing whichever way I want it to.

Ugh, look at me writing an essay. I'm going to talk about you now for a change :D

You said those shots were outtakes, but I actually thought they were great. The first and last one are my favourites. The first is really brooding. I like the distance of the camera from the actor, and actually, the darkness and the dim forest stretching away beneath her make it hugely atmospheric. As for the last one, again - it's simple, but very effective. The lighting is great and goes very well with the barren landscape. I'm going to have to start playing around with lens flares more, they really add a lot to a picture. I can't quite work out what's silhouetted on the crest of the hill, though?

Well actually he got that scar about a month ago in that old story and will get explained in another story eventually, that dark elf is going to bring sorrow to somone in a later story. :mellow:

Yea I had to make somthing spectacular for the missing bear death bit :P the white fur armour I got from ooo and Derikan's expression is simply done by talking to him and using tai at the right time when quiting the coversation. (freezing him on words like goodbye, farewell)

Thank you for your comments, The robe my character is wearing is This. The Dremora child (who I never actually named) and amoz are wearing robes from Slof's Goth Shop 2 found here. annimarco and the mythic dawn assassins are using robes from Slof's robe trader (exnem version) located
here

As for This one thats not a guy :) its my main character with skin grafts applied to their face due to the fire.

I will have some pictures today of my new character assuming everything goes as planned :)
