Better Redguards

I hope this can be fixed.
If any has any ideas, I am willing to listen.

Did you get the corrected 2.0 release (available here at SHS)? If so, then something else is affecting NPCs - you have something loading after BR that affects them, like TNR-Redguards or TNR-all races (TNR-ALL must load FIRST; TNR-Redguards isn't needed at all) or OOO or any of a dozen other things. A Wrye Bashing would likely fix it, but if it's a TNR conflict, just move BR down in the load order to be after TNR. Don't worry about "losing" the TNR changes, because Better Redguards 2.0 includes all of the TNR changes for redguards built right in.

Ah yes. That looks *exactly* like Rohssan used to look (color-wise, not shape) like in the Better Redguards 1.0 release, before I fixed all the NPCs. In fact, here's a side by side of Rohssan in 1.0 and the pre-2.0 release (before I merged with TNR - she looks much better now).
