[Invader13]

Features:
- make the Palace District a living, breathing government center with offices and ministries.
- a lot new NPC's with their own opinion, story and affairs.
- an Elder council that will have a meeting each day/week and discuss the faith of Tamriel.
- new quest to help the councillors and civil servants for the good of the empire or their own good.
- lore correct information about the situation of the provinces through conversation and quests.

-scripters
-interior builders (mainly needed)
-textures

I hope im still a writer for the Team Invader, Reason i was gone for so long, Is because i got my Xbox 360, And then i got so into that, I lost interest in so many things on the PC.

Have this project completely and utterly died out -- or are some of you still working in the dark of silence? 'Cause i'd hate to see the project end, but it seems a bit of a pity to fool the community with recruiting posts, however old, when it might have ended.

If death is the only answer, than bon voyage down to the books of Oblivion, I say! A good idea, though, apparently, impossible -- for us. yet.
