Here are some photoshop brushes of Tribal Tattoos.

Some things You can do:
You can use the brush to apply the tattoo in any size, in black.
You can alter the .png files included to add color,resize, and save to a layer
You can do many things with it and have alot of fun making your character an Ink Emporer

There is one I altered myself, but the black is too intense and doesn't show the grey/black differences too well in Oblivion
Also, not related to these brushes, I included some of my own layers I use as tattoos (.psd files seperated from the zip files)

Did you download them? the brushes and .png files are tribal, the ones I did, most are asian
and some tribal tattoos are asian in origin (Japanese, Pacific Is.)

Yes I did. They still look Asian, but they look tribal as well!
