Cant Travel to Umar Hills

I've collected the quest from the cowled wizards, spoken to the butler, got the tax document, spoken to suni at the cc, yet i still cant travel to Umar Hills unless i use the console, am i missing something, purhaps in Eshpurta, clostet area i can map to near the hills.

The map can sometimes get messed up. Try leaving from gate district to get there. If not, you will have to clua around to "destination unreachable" areas.

Are you not able to make it to the Umar Hills because it is "greyed out" on your map, or because it just doesn't exist on your map to travel to? Typically, the way that Umar Hills is revealed on your map is by the party's dialog with Delan in the Government District. If you are getting a quest to go to Umar Hills from another mod, but it isn't being revealed on your map to travel to, then that would be a problem with the mod that is giving you the quest.

If you have a save from before getting the quest, try going to the Government District and speaking with Delan. He's in the center of the square, and should find you. See if it works then.

It appears on the map after i either talk to suni or get the tax document, but its greyed out as if not travable to...

got a new problem now tho :)
the guardian on 2nd level of the dungeon is not appear even tho i am wearin the mask... searchin forums for a possible answer at the moment
---could not find an answer to this problem, however, i got around it by summonin 3 Planetar's, seems they can see the guardian so i let them handle the fight for me

Of course I'm sure about it. It's why the area is greyed out when it is revealed on your Worldmap. It does it on my install as well, using Delon to reveal the area. You're going to run into the same problem with Windspear Hills, deArnise Keep, and the Umar Temple. The map will install just fine. The problem is the area flag in both the main .tp2 and the lib .tph are set to 0, so when the areas are revealed they are un-travelable to. The only way to get there is to CLUA there the 1st time. I'm just surprised no one has brought this up before, because the .tp2 all the way back to version 6.3 has the flags set to 0, so the problem must have existed back to then.

I had the same problem. First go on a nearby map, and departing from the "good" side (i.e. left, right, up or down, depending on the map) may help. I managed to get there (and later to trademeet) through TDD maps, if you have TDD installed.
