Do whichever one suits you.
Exnems is more muscular, so if you're gonna be a sword-wielder carrying around a bunch of heavy armor, it'll fit your character better. Also, while it doesn't have as many original clothes as BAB, it does seem that the clothes put out are a slightly higher quality, just in my opinion. A lot of the BAB dresses just don't look like cloth to me. A large portion of vanilla stuff has been redone for the exnem body. However, the skeleton is still a little male looking. I haven't noticed that shoulder droop on my current character, but perhaps I wasn't looking for it. Most of the tattoos out now are for exnems.
BAB's is a more proportional & realistic chest, but only slightly - the exnem's is a bit too perky for the size, I think. However, the BAB body can end up looking very thin depending on weight/height settings (what race you're using), and if you swing a big sword, it can look like her arm will just snap off. However, if you're playing a purely magic or purely sneaky character, the BAB body has a lot to offer. Is a sorceress gonna have those huge muscles? Probably not. And there are a *ton* of very very well done robes (most with matching hoods) in the bab store. Also, as mentioned above - bab comes with all vanilla stuff redone to fit the body, and more & more mod stuff is being redone every day, it seems.
Can I just *once again* (as I always do when this subject comes up) bemoan the fact that we can't use different bodies for different races?
BTW, I'd also keep an eye for a Corwyn release, as it currently looking like a great medium. A girl with some meat on her bones, but not overly muscular or too busty for her hip/waist size.
(I apologize to those involved with the mod, but I wouldn't even touch Eshme's nowadays. It was great when it first came out, and perhaps can be viewed as a predecessor to BAB, but I feel it is way too thin - without being proportional, really.)
