There's "macabre", and in my view, you can add "-esque" to anything, as in Whedonesque. ;)

So, I presume that '-esque' doesn't change the meaning of the word at all, right?

Can I ask a question to those much more informed screenshotters? How do you get your character to look in a particular direction? I found a console command 'look', but it says you need an object reference with it, and I can't quite work out how to do it. Can somebody shed some light for me?

turn on the console, click on any object then you'll see its ID at the top of the screen - type something like:
player.look ID-from-above
this way PC will look in that object's direction

if you'are taking shots where there's no useful objects around just clone your PC using createfullactorcopy command and move it to desired location outside a view then click on him, and use his ID in similar way

in fact there's possible to force any NPC to look at any direction this way - instead of player.look ID just type look ID after clicking on him...

That had some cool captures and angles - I especially liked the one of her blasting some creature a long distance. Good music too - what was it?

Hrm, back to the younger version of my character. These next few screenshots detail a sort of 'inner' battle he had in a dream.

I had a few more screenshots, but apparently Oblivion hates me and decided to overwrite them.

I like the theme/storyline, but your shots were a bit too dark for me to see very well. Also, intense action shots I think look better close up.

And yes, Oblivion does this overwriting of screenshots quite often in my experience. When I spend a while setting up a shot, I copy it elsewhere to avoid this very frustrating bug. It happens often after a crash to desktop. Other people use Fraps which avoids this issue.

@oldmanpoo: These pics, such as the Frost Giant one and the skeleton one have some great action, though they're a bit too bright and saturated. And the *Last Boss Spoilers* one brought a chuckle to my face.

Thanks. You may be right about the saturation and brightness. My monitor tends to wash the colors out some when I view them on this computer, so I edit them a bit.
Any second opinions on this would be great, for future reference.

Thanks, oldmanpoo! Sometime or another, can you let us know, in a picture story of course, what inspired your user name? Perhaps the Last Boss shot above is already part of it?

In terms of another opinion, I agree with Xetirox on the Skeleton one - too much saturation/brightness. The Frost Giant shot looks real nice on my monitors - though maybe a bit bright. Your shots are often very bright, but I assume that is part of your style (like hp often has high contrast shots too) - I certainly prefer it over too dark, that is for sure.

IG Hector - I still await Laylas response.....

gf1: Hey IG! I wouldn't be waiting around for Layla - she is a cold-blooded, ruthless killer of all things that can make someone feel a part of the great reproductive cycle of life! Did you see what she did to our great business venture? I know you were not formally on the Board of Directors of my new company, The Lay Layla Love Ladies Unlimited, but you would have been real soon! Now they are all gone, save one. I am keeping that one dolly for myself, so don't even start up about it.

gf1: I also want to tell Nina that I think her lines in that presentation she did about Layla keeping away from you, were full of compassion, gentleness, grace, and style. She is my kind of gal! Layla deserved far worse, especially given she sliced me and all my dollies.

gf1: I also would like to ask Nina if she would model for my next Love Dolly at my place tonight - I sure love her fullness! She is very beautiful, though I am usually distracted by her gigantic breasts, as I am sure you are too. Btw, Layla's breasts are like little plums in comparison, so count yourself lucky that she is gone! Anyway, I am down, but not out in terms of these dollies. Let me know when I can hook up with Nina! He will only be frustrated once again. Well at least he lost his privates, so that ought to clean things up a bit, though in his case, one never knows.

Layla: Mr. Hector, if you see gf1, tell him his last dolly keeps crying repetitively that she is starting to deflate and needs a good pumping - that will drive him back to my place so greatfool1 can deal with him.

Yes. You have to change max image size to 1MB and upload pics as jpgs to PB.

greatfool1: gf1 used to be my "mini-me" - but he has gone rogue now. I have nothing to do with him any more and he should probably get his own login ID.

Layla is my pc - if you look at my sig, you will see hundreds of shots of her in picture-stories. Same with Kara, my pc before Layla. They started talking to me many months ago, but I forget that some people may not know that I also talk back to them - well, mainly gf1 did all the talking with them. But as you can see, I have had to sever all ties with gf1. He is now ingame - as you can also see in the last post - albeit as an astral-body - a very unnatural aura (thanks to trollf).

I usually re-explain this based on how many PMs I get asking if I am schizophrenic, but since they have pretty much ceased, I stopped mentioning this. I guess people simply assume that I am schizophrenic and so stopped asking such questions?

If this is unclear to you, I will ask Layla to explain it further.
