Anybody know wtf this is supposed to be?

I think that was an unfinished cave or somthing so that was the fix for it in the patch. Just toss a big rock in the door way and put up a closed sign.

The facal structure. The chin is smaller and "cuter" in the first shot. Plus the lower half of her face is pink =)
