Something is wrong with your install of the mod - that texture is either (1) the wrong one being mapped to Exnem's body, or (2) the right one but not being assigned properly.
I know it's not an issue with the mod itself, because numerous people have reported the Exnem body texture working properly.
EDIT: That looks to be the default texture being applied, not the actual Exnem one. But it's hard to tell exactly.

all you have to do is follow the directions pop. Extract everything EXCEPT beautiful people 2.5.esp and Soya 4 hair.esp (extract the folders not the.esp's) from the SOYA 4 Hair pack and BP 2.5 zip. Then use the merged .esp I provided in the ZIP file that came along with the tabaxis.
Ok, I have done that, I dont have BP or Soya hair .esp's in Data but I have extracted all the folder into Data. I have then put all the folders and all the .esp's (4) into the Data and checked Tabaxi_Race_Default.esp in the Launcher and still no Soya hair But I have the BP eyes, but not the races now.
Edit: I have 4 .esp files from Tabaxi. These are:
Tabaxi_Race_BAB.esp
Tabaxi_Race_BAB_Robert.esp
Tabaxi_Race_Default.esp
Tabaxi_Race_Robert.esp
No folders or .esp say Merged, anywhere. Also, I noticed in the Meshes > Characters > Ren > Hair there are only Ren's Hair, no Soyas. I cant find any Soya thing at all in those folders/.esp.

@ Luchaire, Kalia & SeV - Well, Pip (Kalia's char) decided to show up in the Market District and well here -
Hector was walking through the Market District, only to be tackled by a small darting figure, who said "I'm Pip! And I assume your Hector!" Hector was toppled by this speedy Dragonling, while Nina (Luchaire's characters) laughed at Hector's sudden collapse in the middle of the market place, followed by Jade (Sev's char) thinking it would be fun to join in Pip's barrage.
I want you all to know, your girls are not very nice!
The poor old boy never even had a chance!

Hector - Oooh, he looks great! I really like the eyes now. All the work is awesome! Though I have to say, in that series of shots, I think it's actually *Nina* who has the devilish grin.

And which version of the mod (1.3, 1.4, 1.5?).

Did you put the Exnem-specific "footfemale.dds" file in the "Oblivion/Data/Textures/characters/tabaxi/female/" folder?

To fix this the easy way, you're going to have to open that .esp and change the path for the female foot texture from "\textures\characters\tabaxi\male\footmale.dds" to "\textures\characters\tabaxi\female\footfemale.dds". By default, the game uses male foot textures for females. All of the body mods change this.

Here's the funny thing, the path for the footfemale texture in mine points to the Mystic Elf textures.

Nope! Backup those meshes/textures, overwrite. Or change the paths in the CS, either way.Making a mystic elf's ears smaller was mentioned earlier. On a related note, how would one add the long night elf ears to only the female mystic elves? I'm pretty sure Floydian1 did this for Sia. Is it more complicated than mesh and texture swap?
@Soul_Slayer: I'm not Luchaire, but I think that might be an issue!

1. Download mods 1-3 listed above
2. Extract the Beautiful People and Soya 4 Hair FOLDERS ONLY (not the .esp's) into your /Oblivion/data directory.
3. Extract the Beautiful People.esp file from this zip into your /Oblivion/data directory.
4. Extract Save 1 - Jade - Imperial Prison, Level 1, Playing Time 00.00.30.ess save file from this zip to your C:\Documents and Settings\Ghost\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves folder.
5. Unzip the files from the Tabaxi Race 1.4 mod and extract them into your /Oblivion/data folder.
6. Check Tabaxi_race.esp (or whatever body .esp you chose) and Beautiful People.esp in the Oblivion Mod Manager (or Plugins option under the Oblivion CD menU)
FINAL NOTE: I used the Tabaxi_Race_Default.esp plugin, just to simply things when making this savegame. You can use any of the other Tabaxi body plugins, however. Just ignore the message that pops up regarding missing content.
I think my problem is that I dont have the Soyas hair installed. I have everything else
