You know Classic Adventures has a lot of NPC's, you could always do a Classic Adventures challenge. I have seen CA NPC's show up in the layers of reality before.

I could but then again I haven't played the mod yet so I know little about the NPCs, beside what the website says. And if there's enough interest I would gladly make several challenges on the subject.

If you really can't think of anything, you could always go really vague with race/class challenges, i.e. "dwarves" or "rangers", etc.

I'm not sure if this idea has been up already, but how about a costume party?
you could draw your character dressed up as kobolds, dragons, peasents etc.

There was already a cosplay challenge. I could give a specific monster as a challenge perhaps.

What about a <CHARNAME> before-and-after?
The spotty teenager who falls out of Candlekeep with three gold pieces, a healing potion, a +1 dagger and 250 xp points is bound to be a lot different from the highly capable young woman/man dual wielding the Flail of Ages and Crom Faeyr putting the smack down on Mellisan. I think that'd make a good challenge. I might even enter.
