The most awesome quest ever was that quest by the Limited Wish spell, with the smelly gong gong. I can so picture Minsc carrying around on it and saying "Boo does not think this thing smells nice."

How about "draw something BG-related using another artist's style". (I'm thinking no specifics, anything goes as long as it's BG and a different art style.)
Too lazy to check if this was suggested, but "crossovers" could be an idea as well - again, anything goes as long as it's BG and something that didn't show up in the games (but no Kivan/Legolas smut plz).

How about something fighting-related, like the tactics you use, or "how to kill a..."? It may not sound so good, but maybe something funny could come out of it.
