I know that in Windows 95/98/ME the DOS command files (like FOR.COM, and XCOPY.COM) are found in Windows\System directory. In Windows NT/XP, they are found in Windows\System32 directory. Where are they in Windows Vista?

they should still be in your Windows\System32 directory.
