actually toying with the idea of trying to give Darian penalties while in the Underdark, or possibly anytime he's underground, to represent that particular phobia, though I have no clue of how I would go about doing such a thing.

I think that would be great! I was actually wondering about that and think you should find some way of do it. Is there a way to have him need to make a save against panic every so often or something like that?
