Okay, I didn't read the directions right, and installed the BG2 Fixpack from Gibberlings 3 after I installed BGT-Weidu. I noticed after that the readme warns to install this first, before the conversion.
So, how to fix it. Can I simply uninstall the fixpack and BGT, then re-install the fixpack followed by BGT, or would it be better to wipe everything and start over? I'm hoping the former, since it won't take nearly as long.

You can uninstall both and then install in the right order and it should be ok, but to be completely 100% safe I would restore your game from a backup or reinstall and start over.
