I have been enjoying the mod immensely. Very good work. However, she just announced that since I have the 'taint' of Bhaal she cannot be in my group ... and she left! Will she be back or is there some way to get her back?

you've given a wrong response in one of the dialogues, you'll either need to go to previous save game and give the other repsonse or amend the global and possible CluA her, this topic comes up quite a bit do a search in this forum.

Another issue can be when she first finds out, if your reputation is too low she'll just flat-out leave.

Correct. IIRC, you'll need a reputation of 11 or higher, or she'll leave.
