[Hide and Seek]

Well, first I thought: "well, duh.. everything, of course." Then it striked me (and continues to strike me), that this mod perhaps would be divided in components, thus the poll. So I was going to aim for the Montaron NPC, but had to change my mind and took the 3+4+5 options, evil scenarios, and new ways of being evil.. that would apply to me.

Then again, if the entire mod comes out.. well, entire, I would download it all, defiantly.

See, this is why I lurk rather than post. i thought i had laid it on thick enough that it would have to be interpreted as sarcasm, as it was definitely meant.

Sadly, there are enough people who really are like that to make your sarcasm appear lighter than you intended. Glad to see that you didn't mean it.

Oh, as usual I shall propably release some stuff before it is all done. In the end I it shall probably be always one big download, but you can install several components of it. Think along the lines of UB and SimDing0's Quest Pack.

I've talked with wounded lion, but we do different things. Thanks for pointing out though

Just say that you'll try to avoid doing the same quest remakes so the mods will be compatible, that's the only thing I need to know.

He is hardly doing quests to my knowledge when last we talked, except for the Kalah thing that is, but I'm not touching upon that... very much. At least not the way he does.

just so people are aware, that wasn't a "everybody is picking on me" whine, it was a "nobody understands me and my complex jokes" whine.

anyway, just to rein it back in on topic, if i was forced to pick one it would probably be the new quests. I realized i needed the rest of this mod the first time i was playing with kido, and had to go get the needed...ingredients for the new temple for the consecration. and i felt horrible for doing it. that was when i realized that i had been forced to play nice for way too long. I even considered kicking kido out. ( i eventually did, but thats because i despise bards, not for his evilness.)

If it's not off-topic, since you mentioned Khala.. will it conflict with other components regarding him?

Haha, you are allowed to kick him out, if you don't like him. In one way I am rather glad you felt a bit disgusted. I am not one that likes to say we ought to do 'evil' in the real world. However, roleplaying on a computergame should be possible and even might get some frustration out. Indeed Kido's mission is quite... gruesome and the mod aims to brings evil (and somewhat neutral) missions into the game of varying degrees. Kido is among the worse I think, so far as when you think of it directly. Indeed it is true with Kido alone his mission however sticks out even more, showing a good realisation. You can't play evil.

The "well, duh" was completely understood, even it is was sarcastic. I can easily handle that humour, do it myself.

Khalah will get an evil dialogue option, nothing more so no problems there. I ain't going to mess with wounded lion's part.

I just wanted to give my opinion, too.
I hope it is not getting too old.
I have voted for for 3+4+5, so twists, evil options and new quests.
That was maybe a bit misleading, because I would like the NPCs,
too, but I am not exactly for new caged ones.
But it might be nice to have the choice.
Admittedly, after some thought (I didn't give it much thought
before), I would probably vote for everything now.
I would wish you good luck, but that's no good for making a mod.
I wish you persistence. Modding is a lot of work.

Well a bit of luck is needed, as I am still in hope of a new laptop However, what you say is true persistence is very needed. Actually Ariena version 2.0 is about four files away, and a bit of coding on a fifth... I would say a good half a day work with my speed... just can't test if it installs at all without laptop...
