CoM Encounters still overwrites creatures and some items as opposed to patching them. If you want to make it fully compatible you'll need to modify your local .tp2 to patch the files it overwrites. Once you do that, BP "may" not choke on the creatures anymore when you run it. I haven't gotten that far in my re-install yet. Still working on fixing Ascension so it doesn't overwrite so much.I use BPv176, but I did some tests long time ago with BPv177 and CoM Encounters. If installed (CoM Encounters -then- BP), BP had many errors and would stop installation. From what I remember, it was taking too much effort to modify BP's TP2 to get rid of the errors. So I tried (BP -then- CoM Encounters). Trouble is, I don't remember what the results were.
I would suggest BP first, then CoM Encounters some where after BP -- just to keep things simple, no TP2 editing. If you do test this, please let us know the results.
Just looked, CoM Encounters extends scripts, does not overwrite them, and doesn't touch Areas.
A year ago I had COM Encounters installed and strange things happened in Windspear Hills quests - missing creatures, npcs, etc.
At the time Seanas also said it was definitely the culprit, or at least one of them, due to overwriting. In my install it went before BP176. Now if it works ok I'd install it because among other things that "Green Dragon Plate" was a keeper. Would install it just for that, heh.

So (back to the topic!) I am really really impressed and thank you so much for making your installation instructions available in english. I think the amount of downloads you have seen tell you very accurately that your efforts are appreciated!

oops! after re-reading the installation "manual" again (this time NOT when I am in a hurry getting ready for work...) I see that NEJ DIDNT need deinstalling .... Oh dear... I feel another install coming on. (although maybe I'll wait until the weekend!)

I'd really like to see a playable and balanced version of it in the Future. This will make BG the most epic game ever.
When Leonardo finishes his new instructions, I will restart to test the Megainstall.
Keep helping like you did now, thanks!

Although there are about twenty persons, who test the mod and report bugs, I am the only one, who develops this monster. I don't want to come out with a unready work as the existing one, but with a most playable. All the efforts are going towards compatibility. And this needs much more time to test then I can spend on. What has begun as a hobby, now ends in a hard work. But there is a real life beside BG! So I am sorry, you have to wait a few weeks until the next release. But then a new guide, of course also in Englisch, together with the needed fixes and some compatibility patches will be available.

Thank you for your request. The new install guide looks very fine. Nearly all known bugs from my current mega-mod are solved (but I am sure, you find some new). Based on this mega-mod, the next one reaches a higher level.

King Diamond will be releasing new versions of TDD, SOS, CtB and ROT in the next few weeks with alot of bug fixes.

I will gladly play it when it will be ready I would also like to test i for you if there is such possibility but unfortunately i don`t speak german
Yeah, that would be nice. It's not a Problem if you don't speak German. We all speek quite good English and there are very less mods that are ONLY available in German.
Many Mods that we use in the Mega-Install are English only, so that is not the problem.
The more people that help to test the Megamod, the faster it will be playable and balanced.
Thx

Yeah but there could be some problems installing because i cannot read Leonardos instructions(unless you are using those which were translated about 3 page of this thread but i think that there were some major updates till then) and so it is more than possible that i`ll do something wrong in installation process and it will cause some issues through the game.
As I know, Leonardo will release his "new" instructions in English as well.
