I'm running BG1Tutu on Windows 7 with the Hotfixes and Widescreen Mod. So far (Up to Chapter 3), the game has been working wonderfully and I've been thoroughly enjoying it.
But.
Now, I have to go into Feldepost's Inn in Beregost for a quest (Confronting Tranzig), but whenever I try to enter the Inn, the game crashes and I get this error:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (The name of the window)
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Baldur's Gate Tutu\BGMain.exe
abnormal program ternimation"
That's it. I have "EasyTutuHotfixes-20110604.exe" and "Tutufix_v18" installed.
I posted this on the Tutu Forums, and I was directed to your fix. But, my Tutu installation doesn't seem to have a "Baldur.sav" file. what to do?
But.

Fare the well on your journey to the forgotten page 2 and beyond Beregost Crash Fixer, you've saved hundreds of hours of invested gameplay and countless players from grief and rage.

Redunant, as in you don't need to use this mod anymore? Newest version of BGT has it fixed then?

It isn't a mod, it's a workaround utility. People using EasyTutu without the quick fix may still need it, but the link is still pinned at PPG.

Make sure you run the program via the Java Runtime Environment. If your archiving software (WinZip, TugZip, 7zip, WinRAR, etc.) is the default program to run .jar files, you will need to run the .jar file manually. The usual way to do this is to use cmd, find your Java Runtime Environment install directory, typically something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin, and then type

I don't have the time to create a picture tutorial. If someone else steps up to the plate, that would be a huge help to these folks.

I am currently playing BGT. i guess i have Beregost carashes since i can't load save from that area. Asc, can you look at this and tell me what's going on? Co i have to start from beggining? This tool can't do anything and says that everything is ok. It is not :/

I am sorry for my previous, chaotic post. I was just a bit nervous. I will attach again my broken save and weidu.log. If anything else is required, please, tell me. I can only suppose these crashes are connected with Beregost. Unfortunatelly, BeregostCrashFixer does nothing.
