Does weapon upgrade work mega-mode. I read that instead of easy-of-use I should install BG2 tweaks. What about this?

Item upgrade mod v34 works fine with the mega install. You should not use EaseOfUse anymore and use the BG2Tweak pack.

Thanks! Hate be off topic but I'm just going to install the game using this instructions http://www.shsforums...p...ost&id=4134 and I don't want to use BG1+exp. What other components shouldn't I install, what steps to leave out?

If you're not going to use BG1, then don't install BGTv1.02, SCSBGT, DSotSC, NTotSC, SoBH, or the BGTTweaks mods. Of course if you want everything in there so you can play through the BG1 portion of the game in the future, you'd install everything, but when you start your game, just select "Start BG2" game instead of "Start New" game.
