where should I move/install the mods, in the Shadows of Amn folder or the Throne of Baal folder? thanks in advance

there is only one folder, your main BG2 directory all mods should bo into it.
example:
c:\program files\black isle\bgii - soa\ (this is the default directory when you install the game unless you changed it)
that is your main folder, just extract the mods to it and then you have:
c:\program files\black isle\bgii - soa\setup-mod.exe (setup-mod is just an example name)
c:\program files\black isle\bgii - soa\setup-mod.tp2
c:\program files\black isle\bgii - soa\mod-folder
to install the mod just double click on setup-mod.exe
You will first need to do a full install of SoA and a full install of ToB and then patch ToB with the official patch (which for me is BGII-ThroneofBhaal_Patch_26498_ENGLISH.exe ) it needs to be version 26498 of the patch.
