I have had this problem many times before but I can't remember how to fix it.
I can't install the Edwin Flirt Pack. It says:
FATAL ERROR: Sys_error<"dialog.tlk: Permission denied">
I there is a really easy way to fix this but I just can't remember...

Isn't this the error that's returned while having a program that accesses dialog.tlk running at the same time?

Or maybe you have your Dialog.tlk marked as read-only?

I've this problem always when I installing Flirt Pack at the end
