I downloaded the Kit Creator off of Sorcerers Palace, and tried it it. Gave an error on startup about not understanding the extension, and validity and all that. It's a .msi file...which is apparently MS Installer, so I have no idea why it's not working.
Is there a .exe version anywhere? Or can anyone help with this?

Use of that tool is not recommended. Go over to the Gibberlings 3 forum and read the Kit Creation Tutorial by CamDawg, there are four parts, found in the following locations:

Part IV
There is also a thread found HERE for asking questions and looking for answers given to others people who might have already asked it. It might be a good idea to browse the topic before you start creating kits, to see problems others have had problems doing what you intend and potential fixes, if found or available.
