It removes the Drop Weapon in Panic effect. Some spells (E.G. cloack of fear) make you drop your weapons, now that is removed.Also one question: but the Drop weapon in panic effect removal what does it do exactly ?
Does it make the creature in panic drop his/her weapon or does it stop the game from doing that ?
