How would i make an override where druids could use long bows?, if it would be easier a specific long bow?

Well druid animation support the bow I think, so you just open the long bow item (bow01, bow02 etc etc) (with ieep is best and easier) and tick the druid icon in the "usable by" tab.

One other point. Unless the bow creates its own ammo, you also have to modify each type of arrow (normal, +1, fire or whatever) in the same way or the druid can equip the bow but it won't appear on the paper doll because no arrows can be placed in a quiver slot. Note that if you also want a multiclass fighter/druid to use the bow (say Jaheira as well as Cernd) there is another listing for multiclassed characters that would also have to be enabled.
Also, if you don't want to accept the non-proficiency penalty, modify WEAPROF.2DA. This is a text file which is probably already in override. If not, use NI or any other program which can strip it out of the bif. In WEAPROF, find the longbow row, scroll over to the druid column (and/or the fighter/druid column) and change the zero to a one.
