Hey!!

Tashia was translated into spanish some years ago already, and now with this i assume there has been a lot of changes... can you be so kind to tell me what changed or was added and what was left as it was? Itd make the translation of the new things way easier

It will be hard to specify whats new i think cause there is only 6 big tra files now which contain both old and new dialogues mixed.

I started working on polish translation but it goes slowly cause i dont want to read banter that i didnt see in game yet... so first i play few hours and then translate small part;P

Most of the original dialogue remains unchanged. We've modified a few of them, though (Bri, correct me if I'm forgetting any ).

- The lich dialogue... where Tashia asks the player about his dearest wish, and where chances are she turns into a lich.

- The flirts have been replaced almost completely.

- The dialogue where Tashia goes Neutral... the lines going there have mostly been removed (since we felt Tashia as True Neutral didn't fit her personality). I don't think this changes anything where translation is concerned, though.

- The Master Wraith encounter has some changes to it, as well.

I think that's all of them .

The new lines are not mixed with the old ones, quite the contrary. The new dialogues even have seperate install and dialogue files... I've really tried not to give the translators out there a hard time.

Problem is, we've made some modifications to existing materials (the ones I've mentioned in my previous post) which either required unnecessarily complicated REPLACE commands, or (what I did) simply changing the ones that were there. None of the changes are huge in impact; they shouldn't take a lot of time to translate.

so is all whats in the update part completely new? sorry if it was me who mixed something;) but i thought that update/american directory contains all the tashia's dialogues, not only new ones... or maybe i was right but its somehow separated in the files (i mean the completely new stuff, not replaced) ? cause i couldnt find it

Yes, all the things in the update part are completely new. Update\American contains the .tra files for the new dialogues.

ah:) sorry for making a mess then then we got 3 times more dialogues now then in the previous version

Yep, the old translations are still in the file, although for installing I did ask Lord Ernie to make it English only on the Remix. As a result, except for the two or three altered lovetalks (and the lich dropped one), the old translations are still there, so not all would have to be reworked on.

Hello! Previously, the Russian translation of the "Tashia" mod was outdated and was removed from the mod. I added an updated Russian translation from yota13, included the iconv transcoder in the mod, and also added the command to install the Russian language and the command for the transcoder to the tp2 file.

Tashia is now on GitHub. A lot more had to be done to update the mod, but yota13's translation has been added (among other things.) I've released a test version. Please help me check that everything actually works.
