The last time I was here, there were some mod ideas that I liked. Now, I have been away for half a year and I am curious if anything of it has been done?

1 Improvement for the final battle in fighter's stronghold (making the lord stay in rear ranks and giving him some competent bodyguards)

2 A version of Bohdi that wouldn't be as insanely strong as Improved Bohdi but make for a good challenge.
Then she saw his eyes, red and mad as hell. And in that moment she knew that he could kill anyone, no matter how strong. Madness, true madness could put a fist through a plank.

The second one hasn't been done, and I'm not quite sure what you mean by your first mod idea. Do you mean be able to save Nalia's father?

Oh, sorry. I've only used Quest Pack once, so I forgot.

No, I didn't mean to sound annoyed. It's just that intermittently people along and suggest good ideas which are invariably in Quest Pack, and I sigh to myself because all that means is I'm coming up with the right ideas but nobody's finding the mod. The solution is, of course, that everybody should always play with all of my mods, but...

I downloaded the quest pack yesterday and haven't experienced the content yet. I can't get past the prologue because of a mod that causes the whole world to a splode. (I think it is one of the iron modder entries. I am stuck until I find out which one).

Also, the area improvements failed to install (said something like "writing out of bounds". I will try to find the debug file and send it to you.)

By the first idea, I meant the final quest in warrior's stronghold, when the father of the guy who was supposed to marry Nalia, comes to the castle to take it by force. He comes with a group of soldiers and archers but comes out in the very front, allowing the party to swarm him and end the battle in about 10 seconds. There were suggestions to put him back and give him a couple of high level servants as bodyguard (a couple of high level archers, some guys with big shields to intercept close combat attackers, a priest to heal him etc. Making the lord himself more powerful would be unreasonable, as he is not a legendary warrior, but he could be given some expensive equipment or potions.)

I discourage installing the standalone Iron Modder entries. Anything you're actually likely to want from them is already in Quest Pack in a fixed-up form.

Yes, I reinstalled the game after a year break and got a bit over enthusiastic.

I expect no one has  yet attempted the titanic task of making a winged avatar for Aerie?

(btw. last year, I think I managed to convince you to remove the beard from female dwarf paperdoll and actually give them some hair. Has anything been done in this matter?)

Now I am almost positive that that hasn't been done to Aerie.

No, to my knowledge there isn't such an avatar of Aerie. But Mistress E did a lovly drawing of Aerie with her wings. Ah, here it is, it is worth a look because it is a lovely drawing even tho it isn't BGII style.

Hmm. I will give it a try as soon as my game works again.

I looked at Moonfruits forum and it's dead again. I don't think he is going to develop it further.
Is anyone working on anything similar to improved battles right now? I still have a couple of suggestions that haven't been used yet.
