Sorry to speak here of it but i don't now where i could speak of this...
I received an invitation from Saerk Farrahd (the one involved in the Anomen quest) to her daugther party or what it was... When i go inside the house and give my letter to the usher i go in the dining room where Saek start to talk then stop it. At this time no one talk to me nither i can go away cause at the entrance an on the stairs my mouse pointer doesn't change...
It's normal? Must i wait? ........ there is something that has to be done before getting inside?

I'm having the exact same problem.
I have finished Anomen's Quests (he is a Knight now), waited 2 days before being able to get in Farrahd's mantion and at the banket, after talking about his daughter, he needed to compose himself and then nothing!
Can go upstairs either, unless I enter the house from the top floor, but the gards get nasty.
Did you manage to solve your issue and make the quest move forward?

OK, I have figured out how to fix the problem and complete the quest:

This quest comes from the CtB mod. A messenger will come to you and gives you an invitation to Lord Farrahd's daughter party (Bridge District in Athkatla). The party will take place in 2 days starting 8pm.
If you show-up the wrong day, the door of the mansion is closed. If you just show up too early (1 hours or so), the butler just asks you to wait...until the time comes and all the guests spawn.
THE PROBLEM: Lady Suraya (Farrahd's daughter) doesn't spawn and that breaks the quest. I don't know how to fix the code but I have a way arround it. You will notice that for some reason, you cannot access to the second floor either.
Here is what I did:
1/ First Loot the entire place: to access the secong Floor: CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR0505"). If you proceed with completing the quest appropriatly, you will not be welcome in the house anymore, so loot first (don't get caught!)
2/ Once you are done with the looting, approach the reception room (first floor right) and spawn Soraya before having the dad start the toast. Otherwise, if Soraya is not spawned, the dad will start the toast but won't complete it (quest breaks) since she is not there to interact with her dad. To Spawn her: CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("CBSURAYW")
3/ After her dad is done announcing the surprise weddind, Suraya deseapears (pouf! just like that!). Spawn her again and initiate dialog with her (I suggest to pause the game, bring the Cluaconsole, spawn, click on her then unpause). During the dialogue, you sense that she doesn't want to get married so help her and promise her a place to stay. Again, when you finish her dialog Pouf! she is gone.
4/ Now, spawn her again and initial dialogue with her dad. He will get pissed at his daughter's rebellion and at you. Support Suraya in her decision and you can send her to saty in any of the strongholds you have. There is a shorst cutscene where you find yourself in the stronghold you promissed her lodging. But of course she is not there!
5/ Spawn her again, and talk to her. She will thank you and give 10,000XP to each character.

DONE!
