Is there already such a mod to manage all kits that are installed? I didn't find any, but I ask just before I present my idea.

If there is no Mod like this, it would be nice if anybody could make one, my idea looks like this:

The mod reads out all available kits, i know there are some files containing this.
Then all kits should be saved and removed from the menu.
Then the user should get the ability too choose kits he wants to. Here is the problem that there mustn't be too much kits per class.
As last the setup should install all choosen kits.

I would do this myself with WeiDU, but I don't know how to use WeiDU.
So I hope on your help!

Actually i just looked a bit around in the files of BGII and I think, the mod should be structered like this:
  • If existing copy the files from override to save
  • If not read them out of bif-files and copy them to save
  • Read out all available kit for class 1 of folk 1 and make ability to choose up to 9 I think (there is one file for each, I will upload some this evening)
  • Make the file new with the new entries, the file looks like this:
index | kit_number
 0 | 0
 1 | 10
and so on
  • Do this for all other files, too
I just need some help with the right commands, I'm not able to find out anything in the readme of WeiDU

EDIT:
I got some help in the pocketplane Forum and I think, i will be able to release the Mod soon. I hope I got the code I need to write and now its just a bit of work to finsih the mod.
