I have three ending now but there is one I don't know how to get even I tried again and again. It said that there are four ending and we must complete Deva quest for good ending. I have "Irenicus be a revenger again but fail at last", "Irenicus takes PC's soul and destroys the Tree of Life", "Irenicus accepts a mortal soul and be given a new chance to repaid for his crime". Which is the last ending and how to get it? I cannot have any idea now.
Where is the "good" ending?

There is also an ending in which Irenicus does not get the Bhaalspawn soul and is not redeemed - you need to never promise him a soul and not redeem him for that one. In that case he becomes a demon at the court of one of the demon princes in the Abyss. I actually love that epilogue since it is rather humorous.
Freedom cannot be equated with goodness, virtue, or perfection. Freedom has its own unique self-contained nature; freedom is freedom ? not universal goodness. But he always takes my PC's soul if I don't promise a Bhaalspawn soul to him. What important thing should I notice? Seal Demogorgon instead of destroy him? Can I deny any kind of soul to him in first meeting in Pocket Plane?

Here - you have answered yourself - you can deny him any kind of soul - talk your way out of promise - but it is not easy as far as I remember.

Here - you have answered yourself - you can deny him any kind of soul - talk your way out of promise - but it is not easy as far as I remember.
It has to do with choosing the dialogue tree in which you tell him about Ellesime==and tell him the *truth* about what she did concerning his body. That is the only way the option to refuse a soul comes up.
