Since this is the Mod for the Wicked, and since any number of mods (besides the original ToB) offers you the chance of redeeming party members, have you given any thought to corrupting them instead?

I mean, if you can "save" Viconia and Sarevok, shouldn't you also be able to "drag down" Jaheira et al to your sordid level? Anomen is already "downgradable" through judicious mishandling of his personal quests, but how about any others?

I love the idea, and thought it was sorely lacking from the original game. I only got Anomen to CN once in all the times I've played thro, but I very much dislike Anomen. Bioware had also originally planned for Mazzy to redeem Korgan, but it was cut from the game (thank goodness, I like Korgan how he is).

Jaheira's personal quest would be a good chance for corruption, what with the turning against the harpers.

I'd like to see more then just Jaheira be corruptable though (if she ends up being).

This question has been raised before at several topics and like I said back then, it is already possible Kido corrupts a Bioware NPC...

Ariena herself will probably get two paths leading to another alignment or perhaps shift her alignment via a two-step shift... No worries, her attitude remains quite the same.
Ariena on her own is not decided and set in her path enough to make another person shift.

Ian is very set in his path, but his personality does not lend incredibly well for this, as such he corrupts no one.

Montaron rather cuts the throat of a goody-good then corrupt them.

Kirinhale... now that is all about trying to influence people and corrupt them. From the PC to NPC's... will she succeed? You will have to find out

Sounds good, and yes, I have already read the spoiler of which NPC Kido corrupts (cant help myself heh)

As for Kirinhale tho, the first few times I play thro the mod she wont be able to corrupt me as I'll already be evil. Def go thro once or twice as good tho to try it out

She won't be there if you're of good alignment, cause then it is illogical she was travelling with you during and right after BG1 (as Montaron). It will be possible to CN people and maybe TN (an optional component to get Kirinhale and Montaron in the cages). Kirinhale pushes the PC along the evil path though and trust me she will do so in a totally different way then Kido, way more subtle

Ah, true, I forgot about the alignment thing. Also, I would hope its more subtle then Kido, as Kido is insane and reminds me of a mix between Tiax and Xzar

The only time I've dragged his sorry butt around long enough to make a "conversion" possible, was the time I was hell-bent on picking up Hessa. Otherwise, it's "What's with that poncy accent, Sir Twit?" and off he goes.

Anyhow, I'd really like to see some good characters "fall from grace" through the bad example set by CHARNAME. It would at the very least add some counterbalance to the whole redemption thing.

Ha! Indeed! I also liked summoning him via the fate spirit in ToB, and then letting him know he was trapped. Altho trapping him on some pocket plane away from the rest of civlization is probably a good deed rather then an evil one.

who is this npc that is corruptable? i have convinced myself (once more) that i will swallow my dislike of bards and play through with kido, and i would like to see who this is that can turn evil. or perhaps the better option would be to point out the thread that tells me this answer already.

Nalia, you can have her alignment change to a type of neutral (CN I think?). If I find the thread with the info, I'll edit this and link it

There is no topic about it... I made sure of it... there are only clues here and there spread out... Oh well, it would become public anyway one day, I am sure.
