I think I have figured out all the little quest and main one. I am making my own little walkthru and trying to tie up all the loose ends. Right now I have the Black Pearl and since I know I am suppose to give it to Welcar because of the description, each time I talk to him he says what do you want and I only get to say Nothing. Any body got an idea of how I can give it to him. Oh I don't mind selling it but just trying to figure out all paths.

Try setting this global:
Global("BHWelcarStuff","GLOBAL",1)
That and having the pearl are the conditions for giving it to him. Pelltar will take it also if you still have it when trying to head back.
As for the global, I need to track down what sets this because it isn't a prior dialog and the thief doesn't set it.

I just did a search for BHWelcarStuff and found it was connected to a bag BHMISC4F that holds the missing stuff from the two warehouses. I didn't find this bag and can not find a location where it was suppose to be. It looked as if you have to have this bag inorder for the global to change.
Must add here I finally found all the parts to finish this quest even tho finishing it is not required. The problem is it seems like certain items are connect to other items and if you don't get the other item the global is not triggered but it seems you should be able to return part of the items even if you don't have the rest. Also Welcar said Zelmar was robbed but talking to him does not give any response but how can I help you.

If I'm correct at least in my install the Druid Quest is broken. I have a BGT install. It never gets start no matter who you talk to first, etc. I talked to Felwin, she told me to talk to Almax about Martin still no option came up for Almax to talk about Martin. And ever time Martin just says what do you want. And I only get to call him a wacko.

Almax will mention Martin if you ask him about "other" areas around Restenford. Then ask him about Reddy Forest.
Normally, you would have done the sewers before getting into the lighthouse. Therefore, you would have had the missing items he was looking for. Okay, I can see about fixing it so that giving him that item first isn't a requirement for giving him the pearl.
