Otherwise, Is it located elsewhere? I looked through the various plot tied together mods. If it doesn't exist, could it be developed?
I'd simply be amazed if no mod like this existed (since this mod takes up the other "unfinished business) http://www.pocketpla...d=101&Itemid=80
some clarifications would be excellent.

I seem to remember a mod way back when (maybe it was only in development) that tied together the Slaver, Nalia, guarded compound quest that was (supposedly) cut by bioware. If this mod still exists, where is it? Is it part of this Nalia mod? neither page truly explains it

If it does exist, and the common link isn't Isaea Roenal, I'll eat my mousepad.
"Tyranny is a quiet thing at first, a prim and proper lady pursing her lips and shaking her head disapprovingly, asking, well what were you doing (wearing that dress, walking home at that hour, expressing those inappropriate thoughts) anyway? It's subtle and insidious, disguised as reasonable precautions which become more and more oppressive over time, until our lives are defined by the things we must avoid. She's easy enough to agree with, after all, she's only trying to help -- and yet she's one of the most dangerous influences we face, because if she prevails, it puts the raping, robbing, axe-wielding madmen of the world in complete control. Eventually they'll barely need to wield a thing, all they'll have to do is leer menacingly and we fall all over ourselves trying to placate them." -godlizard
The connection of the Slavers to that building in the Temple District is tenuous in the game; there is one cryptic reference to it that turns up later in a side-quest connected to Nalia and Isaea Roenal, but that's it. However it was always intended to be part of the Slavers quest and the necessary clues were missed out because of a rush to meet the release deadline - the designers have admitted as much on the boards - and there is a mod that restores the clues that were omitted from the game.
