Perhaps the wrong forum, but I just give it a try ...
The Centeol encounter ...
I was surprised to see her animation changed to the 'Lady of Pain' from PT.
The last time I played it still was the 'fat body' animation and the only thing I got new
with my current play is the newest version of BGT and CtB.
CtB has nothing to do with Centeol, so is this a change from BGT?

Does somebody know which mod does this strange animation change?
(It is indeed a bit strange. The Lady of Pain is three meters high and is surely not fat )

Search their folders for a sequence of .BAM files whose names started with a similar Mxxx (3 letters after M) prefix and you will get an answer... B)

Centeol has animation with MSPL*.BAM. Do a search in your BG2 folder for MSPL* and see if any matches show up in a mod directory.

I never thought that any mod that has absolutely nothing to do with BG1
changes BAM-files in that way ...

Is it possible to reesteablish the old BAM without messing anything up?
If so, could anybody give a tip where I got the old BAM from?

You could delete MSPL*.BAM in your override directory. Back them up first, then when Centeol is dead, you can restore them I suppose.

The old file was overwritten. It doesn't exist anymore ...

No, the original animation files are compressed into one of the BIFFs and is actually part of your BG2:SoA installation. Hence, deleting the MSPL*.BAM files in your override will cause the game to use those compressed resources.
