What means properly chosen? I want finish this part as soon as poossible. SO what dialog-options should I choose?

Each "useful" ability has obvious connection to its "target" chore (chore's object or necessary action to complete it). Just think, for example, if Hardiness ability could help you in any aspect of the chores.
If *not* - choose something else... If *yes* - choose it. Be reasonable with every selection. And don't forget to reload your save game to try another option if you can't find any benefit from your recent choice.
Do not forget that you have only one memorized innate per day, so you may have to try it on different locations to find out its goodness...
