you've hit the SONGLIST.2DA limit: see here for instructions on how to work around it.

to quote:

- ensure that you have all the modifications that you want installed already installed
- make a backup of the file SONGLIST.2DA, which an be found in your <BGT-WeiDU installation directory>\override directory
- open the file SONGLIST.2DA in your <BGT-WeiDU installation drectory>\override directory using a simple word processor (Notepad or Wordpad, for example), then remove all text after the text 'BP4.MUS'. Make sure that there is no line feed character after the 'S' of 'BP4.MUS'.
- start the game and it should cause no problems
- if you want to change your installation in any way (such as installing new modifications or uninstalling already installed modifications), restore your backup of SONGLIST.2DA first, then after changing the installation, proceed to change SONGLIST.2DA as above

open SINGLIST.2DA - the one you find in yr override folder - in yr editor of choice (notepad works fine) and remove every entry, and every carriage return, after entry 99: SONGLIST can only accommodate 100 entries (counting from zero - so last one is 99) before it crashes as you've found. if in doubt, remove all entries after 98 .

in which case yr going to need to extract yr SONGLIST.2DA from a bif before you can modify it - but note that my last post spelt it incorrectly: yr looking for SONGLIST.2DA.

i use DLTCEP to extract files from .bifs: i dont know how you can do it without DLTCEP or NI. if it's not in yr override folder, extract if first with DLTCEP or NI, then edit it, then save it to yr override folder.
