I noticed, that's why I updated it (a bit hastily).
IE Modding is scattered and it is really hard to get the needed info if you are an unexperienced player. The community is trying its best to provide info and sort the chaos but every list we start gets outdated after two weeks. It's a bit of a tough time currently, the all-providing BWS is no longer available and people need to actually know what they are doing to mod the games.
If you are a player and don't see the light - just ask in the forums for help.
