WeiDU conversion

Since now WeiDU version of this mod is under development.
Some work is already complete (with a great help of Badgert from russian aerie-ru.info crew), some (of course - the largest part) is still to be done.
Plz do not expect the WeiDU version to be released in a short terms - that's just impossible taking in account the necessary amount of work and my involvement in the other projects, but I assure you - it will be.

Any hints about possible compatibility?
1) It's possible that it isn't compatible with TDD because TDD explores Jarlaxle character. I don't know their plots though - never played them, so I'm not sure.
2) I don't see a way where to get 2 extra animation slots for Hook Horror and White Abishai that RoT adds.
So I must say that there'll be a restriction for simultaneous installation of RoT and (the most obvious) CtB or NeJ2.
Every other combination of big mods will be allowed: RoT + TS, SOS, BGT, BP + NEJ2(or CtB)...

Perhaps no-one would mind if you replace White Abishai with Glabrezu & Hook Horror with... umm... Umber Hulk
Jarlaxle thing seems to be more difficult to circumvent though

1) TP2 script for all new ITMs, CREs, STOs, AREs, PROs created. All AR* areas renamed to RR* to exclude any possible problems.
2) TP2 script for all scripts and dialogues created, all compatibility issues with TS-BP, SoS, BGT, TDD, CtB, NEJ2 (if any were there) addressed.
3) One of the major tasks - animation compatibility with other large mods - is fully addressed (look at my signature). TS-BP, SoS, TDD, CtB are aware of RoT's existance since now.
Next things to do:
- items and spells;
- kits;
- more compatibility with NEJ2 and BP;
- manual revision of every single game resource to eliminate possible bugs and inconsistencies;
- full traification;
- WAVs cleanups and repackaging to OGGs;
- worldmap.

Let me help you by finding better portraits for Drizzts and crew. I hated the ones that come with the mod. This could be an optional components?

Btw, I remember a prortrait from the Menzoberranzan game - I liked it very much. Don't know if it's possible to find an original that will suit to M and S size....

In addition to already posted previously:
1) All creatures, items and spells revised (manually, one by one). Many bugs and inconsistences fixed. All descriptions fixed/updated. Unused stuff removed from the package. TOOLTIP's entries created (didn't exist in the original mod).
2) All WAVs 'remastered' with the help of Adobe Audition software (that improved their quality DRAMATICALLY ) and converted to OGGs.
3) Auto-biffer composed and tested.
4) Current size of the packed mod - 489Mb. That seems to be the final archive size for download. Could vary just with several Mb more or less.

2) Kits (all components)
3) Songlist

Прогресс налицо и ждать остается все меньше и меньше!
Маленькое предложение по поводу китов - нельзя ли их устанавливать на усмотрение игрока? (тоже самое кстати и со всеми другими крупными модами). ВСЕ новые киты все равно не отразятся на экране генерации.

It seems that everything is sorted out now. Except one thing. I should wait for the new Worldmap incarnation (with RoT support) from Weigo to synchronize it with actual mod (just to check it once more ).
Having it installed with monster pack (BGT,CtB,SoS,TDD,TS-BP) I can't see visible problems with starting new BG2 game, even after BGT->dungeon transfer. At least it shows me RoT prologue cutscene and dumps me to Candlekeep for the chores....
Current archive size = 328Mb. And it's a final size.
All songs fit into ToB/CtB/TS SONGLIST combination with 3 more free slots for some other input. And that's very very nice...
Oh, yes. I need to traify all that stuff yet... So be ready... It'll come very soon, I hope...
