Ok, first how i installed:
1. Installed BG1 & TotSC
2. Installed TotSC Patch 5512
3. Installed BG2 & ToB
4. Installed ToB Patch 26498
5. Installed BGT-Mod
It runs but now i got some problems with the voices. In the prologue the narrator stops speaking and other sounds are played. In the second chapter, after leaving candlekeep, instead of the narrator some npc speaks.
Imoen has another voice i dont know. Montaron speaks with the voice of Khalid, Khalid speaks with the voice of Jaheira and Jaheira speaks with the voice of some other women i dont know.
Except for Imoens voice i found nothing about them in these forums.Yet the fix for Imoen doesnt work. I get error messages when installing and when i outcommented enough commands to get it to install it doesnt work.
Anyone know if and how these problems could be fixed.
ps.: Oh, and a bit OT: Anyonw know why i didtn get any activation mail for this forum?

I got the problem a lot whenever I've tried to install BGT more than once. The way I fixed it was I reinstalled BG1 and TotSC (+ patch) then redid the installation. It might be that you'll have to reinstall both BG1 and 2..
One of the problems I got was in chapter one, where it shows Sarevok in the frame, it has some guy who sounds like he's trying to pass a particularly large kidney stone. Another one later on sounded like an ogre doing his speech and such.

Ok, after deleteing BG2 and BG1 and redoing the installation like i wrote in my first post: It works. Thanks 
Even Imoen speaks with the correct voice for BG1.

Do you guys restore the backup of dialog.tlk (found in <BGT-WeiDU install directory>\BGT\dialog.bak) before you attempt a re-install of BGT-WeiDU?

i did... i think. But nevertheless i only uninstalled and installed again after the problem occured. And i am sure that i installed it on a fresh installed and patched BG2.

I restored everything back how the directions said when I did mine. I've done a reinstall once before where it didn't mess up the voices, but it crashed on that first area to the right of where you go after candlekeep, simply because of those errors with having a CD related to BG inside the drive. I uninstalled BGT and restored the dialog file, then reinstalled again and it messed up the voices, so I just did a total reinstall of BG1 and did BGT again, and it started to work again. More oftentimes before this incident, I had to install both BG1 and BG2 again (with expansions).
