Problem with speaks

I just intalled the whole BGT BP intallation + SoBH + DSotSC + NTotSC + SirinesCall + some minor BGT mods and now when ever those NPC are talking they use different speaks and my main use sometimes Minsc sound set etc.
Anyone got some ideas?
