Whenever Chloe talks spontanously, she says "Imoen, isn't it?", and no more. I can press continue to end the dialogue, but sooner or later, it'll pop up again. I don't have Imoen in my party, so there's no one to answer her, so I'm not getting much out of her.

I have the exact same problem, only that the dialog will continue as such even after Imoen is in the party.

Strange, that dialogue's only supposed to happen in Irenicus's dungeon. Did you kill Imoen off during that or send her away? The only thing I can think of is that the dialogue was about to start when you booted her/killed her/whatever... that or perhaps another mod has the same exact trigger identity as that dialogue... but I doubt that. I really couldn't guess beyond that.
