Well... he might be deep down, but he is an Archlich in RTW... and has gone quite insane. There is a story behind his transformation.

Heres another screenshot. I reworked the King Strohm area and made a new tileset for it. I colored the carpet, statues and tomb gold, removed the angel statues... and added a stairway to another new area below the tomb.

He's legal... and casts spells from memory. You can see that he has cast Improved Alacrity. He doesnt have the robe of Vecna if that is what you are asking:p He also has a good supply of scrolls and wands to use.

An Archlich is a bit of a rarity in the Forgotten Realms... but they do exist. It is usually a mage or cleric transformed into a lich by some mistake or terrible tragedy. Something similar has happened to King Strohm. Heck, he may not even know he is undead:p You will have to wait for the mod to see how this happened to him.

Tougher than a Demilich? Yes. Since demilichs only cast Imprisonment... King Strohm has all his previous skills and also his undead immunities. He will melee you and cast spells. This will probably be the second toughest fight in the mod... the dragon is first. Remember, this whole King Strohm encounter is entirely optional.

I think Kangaxx was... unless he cast an improved mantle that I didn't see! ^_^

Nay.... you can hit him with +1 weapons... but he uses Stoneskin and Protection from Magical weapons. By immunities, I meant the typical lich immunities to Cold, Sleep, Charm, etc.
