Just finished the first part of the mod, here are a few things I found

There is a journal entry that is not clearing out when you return to Beregost. I don't have the specific journal entry in front of me but it is the one for helping sirbillybob clear out the bandits. (Which I did)

Even after taking care of the rats the bait seller's dialog indicates that I haven't

I just ran into another problem, I asked about it on the BGT forum and someone said it was from bonehill. The problem is there is a guy looking for a staff that you have. His thugs attack you at the temple near beregost and then again in baldurs gate but in baldurs gate their shouts are turning commoners hostile.

The mercenaries should not be causing this problem in 2.01. If you have the older 2.0 version, yes the commoners use the Shout script (for some strange reason).

I will have to check on the Abandoned Barricks and the rats global. I fixed something else here, so maybe this is triggering the problem you had.

SBB's quest, okay - will have to track it down.

Oh may I interject here that the Wizard you added who keeps on trying to kill you with his mercenaries was quite funny, especially the second time that you meet him in Baldur's Gate. I enjoy being Sarcastic to him. He really was a great source of humor.

Glad to hear it. The idea of his dialog was that as a member of the "feared" Cult of the Dragon, you should be trembling before him. Since you aren't (and keep killing his men), he is really fustrated with you. Taunting him just makes it more fustrating for him. :D

Check his dialog in the last fight with him (Undercity). You will find that he is really clueless about you. Perhaps if he actually spent some time to knew more about you, you wouldn't be able to kick his a$$.

So the lesson, Grasshopper, is to know your enemy.

Unfortunately that's not true. 2.01 version still has that bug <_<

Please, have a look here http://www.shsforums...showtopic=18632 ;)

Hmm, I was referring to better scripts for the mercenaries. I still thought 2.01 removed the Shout script from them. Sigh. Okay, so I guess I need to skip that step and try to go straight to the better scripts from Horred.

BTW, Horred's BHSHOUT script works perfectly.
I've already tested it in the game.

one way to circumvent the commoners going hostile is run into the sewers. The mercenaries should follow you there. As long as none of your people attack them in the city the commoners will not go hostile.

I don't see many downloads on this so I assume some of you either forgot or haven't read this post. The three mercenaries are posted in here. This version of these does not use the Shout script so the commoners "should" not go hostile.
